Feature

The physical production of Magotan engine can perfectly realize the functions of the original car engine system. The engine of Magotan 330TSIDSG has the following nine points

(1) The external exhaust manifold is changed to the exhaust manifold in the built-in cylinder head

(2) The water channel of the cooling circulation system is more complicated, precise and efficient

(3) The maximum torque has been increased a lot, and the models of various displacements have been increased a lot, and the output power is more powerful

(4) The counterweight of the crankshaft has been reduced from the original eight yuan to the current four yuan, which provides a better environment for the engine to perform better work.

(5) The engine balance shaft has become an eccentric design, which greatly reduces the probability of oil burning

(6) The cyclone-type oil and gas separator is designed to be built-in, and the secondary filter is added, which also reduces the probability of burning oil

(7) The tensioner of the timing system has become a spiral type, which is more efficient

(8) There are four more suspension screw holes on the main bearing, which are used to fix the oil pan and make the working environment of the engine more stable.

(9) The timing chain is changed from the original five pieces to four thicker pieces, etc., which enhances the durability of the chain. These changes are for more powerful output and lowest fuel consumption, as well as a more stable working environment, to avoid the problem of burning oil.
